Social Educators Quality of Life in Protected Shelters to Children and Adolescents

Resumo: | Social Educators are immersed in a daily dynamics of the conflict and taking of decisions with children and adolescents who violated rights. These aspects can cause different responses, positive or negative in the human body and his psyche. In this contexts was delineation a research was realized which allowed the identification of the perception of “Quality of Life” of these workers. The objectives were to evaluate the general Quality of Life of the social educators of protection shelters from Campo Grande – MS. It conducted a quantitative study of cross-sectional cut one was performed with samples of 56 subjects. The techniques of date collect were: sociodemographic questionnaires and the World Health Organization Quality of Life – 100 (Whoqol-100). The majority of the participants were female (90.7%), with highschool level (49.1%). The analysis of the domains of Whoqol-100 demonstrated in a growing scale the following average: physical domain (14.59), social relations (15.45), psychological domain (15.56), independence level (17.13), spirituality (17.66) and environment (18.50). The analized participants presented between good to excellent perception of their qualities of life. |

Puede causar una respuesta positiva o negativa del cuerpo y la psique. Esta perspectiva se llevó a cabo el diseño de investigación para identificar la percepción de “calidad de vida” de estos trabajadores. El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar la calidad de vida de los educadores en los refugios para la protección de Campo Grande – MS. El estudio fue cuantitativo de corte transversal con una muestra de 56 educadores sociales. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron: un cuestionario sociodemográfico y el cuestionario de Calidad de Vida de la Organización Mundial de la Salud –100 (Whoqol-100). La mayoría de los profesionales son mujeres (90,7%), el nivel promedio de escolaridad (49,1%). El análisis de los dominios del Whoqol-100 en una escala ascendente mostró los siguientes resultados: dominios físico (14,59), relaciones sociales (15.45), psicológico (15.56), nivel de la independencia (17.13), espiritualidad (17.66) y medio smbiente (18.50). En los trabajadores estudiados se percibe buena a excelente calidad de vida.Educadores sociais estão imersos em dinâmica peculiar diária nas relações com crianças e adolescente com direitos violados. Podendo ocasionar respostas positivas ou negativas do corpo e da psiquê. Nesta perspectiva realizou-se delineamento de pesquisa que permitisse a identificação da percepção de “Qualidade de Vida” desses trabalhadores. Os objetivos foram avaliar a qualidade de vida de educadores sociais em abrigos de proteção de Campo Grande, MS. Foi realizado um estudo quantitativo de corte transversal, amostra n=56. Foram aplicados dois instrumentos: um questionário sociodemográfico e o questionário World Health Organization Quality of Life – 100 (WHOQOL-100). A maioria dos profissionais eram mulheres (90,7%), nível médio de escolaridade (49,1%). A análise dos domínios do WHOQOL-100 demonstrou em escala crescente: domínio Físico (14,59), Relações Sociais (15,45), Psicológico (15,56), Nível de Independência (17,13), Espiritualidade (17,66) e Meio Ambiente (18,50).
