Resumo: This research is dedicated to withdraw the proceeds of the legal work developed by psychiatrist Wilhelm Reich. In this way, we start from a study between Marxism and psychoanalysis to explain how reichian psychoanalysis was used for a better understanding of our society. From the Reich´s social understanding, we did an analysis of his legal formulations, showing its limitations and the elements which can be used for a better understanding of law.

Neste percurso, partimos de um estudo situado no campo do marxismo e da psicanálise para, posteriormente, explicar como a psicanálise reichiana foi utilizada para uma compreensão crítica de nossa sociedade.
