Resumo: O intuito central desta monotrafia é inserir o leitor dentro do processo penal Tribunal de Nuremberg, bem como analisar suas irregularidades jurídicas, mas também discorrer sobre seus méritos, notadamente para a consolidação de uma justiça penal internacional, a partir da afirmação dos direitos humanos como ordem universal. Assim, a intenção partirá das seguintes premissas: contextualizar o leitor sobre os principais acontecimentos históricos entre os anos de 1914 à 1945, como forma de introduzi-lo à formação e condução dos procedimentos de Nuremberg contra criminosos nazistas entre os anos de 1945 e 1946, e a partir daí, apontar seus erros e seus acertos, principalmente sob um viés principiológico jurídico, especialmenteo no âmbito do processo penal.
