Facebook em práticas pedagógicas articuladas à aprendizagem móvel (M-learning): uma proposta de aplicação na formação aberta de docentes

This research addresses the use of the Facebook social network as a Virtual Mobile Learning Environment - AVAM, for the continuing education of teachers and educators, mediated by mobile technologies, in a perspective of mobile, online and distance learning. It is intended to understand how this social network can contribute to the learning process of the participants and that, from a humanist perspective of education, it can strengthen learning. The aim is to analyze this network as a connection space between knowledge and humanities. Analyze this tool as a space for collaboration, co-creation and construction of socially shared knowledge. In order to give meaning to these structures, the research was developed, in methodological terms, through an applied research, with a qualitative approach, considering the proposals of the Design Thinking method, which is built in 5 phases, 1 - Empathy, through semistructured appearance, to understand the prior knowledge of teachers at a high school in the state of Ceará, and their experiences with the use of mobile technologies and social networks in the pandemic period, information that was useful for stages 2 and 3 of Design Thinking, namely, 2 – Definition and 3 – Ideation, design stages of teacher training, delivered as an educational product resulting from this research, considering the public profile and data from the previous stage; 4 – Prototyping, training prototyping stage with an Instructional Design perspective, which analyzes whether the objects, methodology, contents and activities adhere to the training objectives; 5 – Application and Evaluation, training application stage, through systematic observation to analyze the behaviors and postures adopted by the training participants and finalized through an interview to report experience and life history, in which the subjects learned from the reports of their experiences, experiences and maturation as a professional. As a result of the research, we propose two educational products, a teacher training entitled "Mobile Learning: Didactic Sequence through social networks" and a didactic material (digital book) with the same theme to support training.
