Resumo: | The Technological Incubators of Popular Cooperatives (ITCP's) are significant incentives for the technological innovation development in the weak sectors of the economy. Although recent in Brazil, they had significant growth in the 1990s, with specific goals in the organizational area to create and support projects that invest in various segments of the solidarity economy. The biggest challenge of an incubator is to offer alternatives of occupation and generation of income that guarantee sustainability from the economic, social and environmental point of view. Considering the large number of institutions that have ITCPs in Brazil, and the fact that there are few jobs that deal with their management, the problem questions that guided the development of this research are: what are the main factors that influence and interfere in the strategic management of ITCPs, and how does this management contribute to the sustainability of the projects? It is qualitative research, classified as exploratory-descriptive and prescriptive; as for the means, as a bibliographical and field research. The treatment of the data collected in the semi-structured interviews was affected through the content analysis method. The result of the systematic literature review has identified that the incubator acts strategically with the ventures, which are available physical spaces, legal advice, consultancy, training, among other benefits. Important factors that allow a network of incubator relationships in the incubator, where they can enjoy and exchange information and knowledge. The interviews diagnosed that the interviewed ITCPs are great supporters of the economic solidary enterprise's development, since they develop different ventures of diverse lines of action, even having difficulties with support and financing. Given this, a strategic management model of ITCP was proposed that allow incubated enterprises efficiency and sustainability. |

Apesar de serem recentes no Brasil, tiveram crescimento relevante na década de 1990, com objetivo específico na área organizacional de criar e apoiar projetos que invistam em vários seguimentos da área da economia solidária. O maior desafio de uma incubadora é oferecer alternativas de ocupação e geração de renda que garantam sustentabilidade do ponto de vista econômico, social e ambiental. Considerando a grande quantidade de instituições que possuem ITCP’s no Brasil e por verificar que existem poucos trabalhos que tratam de suas gestões, as questões-problema que norteiam o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa são: quais são os principais fatores que influenciam e interferem na gestão estratégia das ITCP’s, e como essa gestão contribui para a sustentabilidade dos empreendimentos? Trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, classificando-se, quanto aos fins, como exploratório-descritiva e prescritiva; quanto aos meios, como uma pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo. O tratamento dos dados coletados nas entrevistas semiestruturadas será através do método de análise do conteúdo. O resultado da revisão sistemática da literatura identificou que a incubadora age de forma estratégica para com os empreendimentos, aos quais são disponibilizados espaços físicos, assessoria jurídica, consultorias, treinamentos, entre outros benefícios. Fator importante que possibilita uma rede de relacionamentos dos incubados na incubadora, onde podem usufruir e trocar informações e conhecimentos. As entrevistas diagnosticaram que as ITCP’s entrevistadas são grandes apoiadoras do desenvolvimento dos empreendimentos econômicos solidários, pois desenvolvem vários empreendimentos em diversos ramos de atuação, mesmo possuindo dificuldades com apoio e financiamento.
