Resumo: The accuracy of printed models for unit - supported implant prostheses was evaluated through internal adaptation analysis, external adaptation and 3D dimensional error. The study consisted of a Control Group (CG) and two experimental groups, such as: experimental group gypsum and experimental group printing, such that the milled abutments of the control group were scanned and printed by 3 different 3D printers (KLD, Formlabs and Wanhao). A master abutment was made for the study and from this the crowns of feldspathic ceramics were cemented for analysis. We will perform the analysis of vertical marginal adaptation, analysis of internal mismatch and structural change (3d error) always comparing the control group with the two experimental groups. The quantitative data obtained were submitted to Tukey tests and t test. The statistical program used was GraphPad Prism 5.01, considering a level of significance of 5%. We observed similarity among all groups in the vertical misalignment by direct vision and similarity between all the experimental groups in the marginal analysis with the replica technique. In 3D dimensional analysis, similarity was also observed between the groups, however with points of clinical maladjustments. In the internal analysis we observed differences of the experimental groups with the control in some variables, the Formlabs group was the most different in comparison with the titanium group and the KLD group was the closest to the titanium group. Although in the majority of the analyzes we observe similarity of the groups printed with the titanium group, we must use with caution this medium, which still does not completely replace the plaster model.

O estudo foi composto por um Grupo Controle (GC) e dois grupos experimentais, sendo eles: grupo experimental gesso e grupo experimental impressão, tal qual, os abutments fresados do grupo controle foram escaneados e impressos por 3 diferentes impressoras. Foi realizado um abutment mestre para o estudo e a partir deste realizado as coroas de cerâmicas feldspáticas que foram cimentadas para as análises. Realizaremos a análise de adaptação marginal vertical, análise do desajuste interno e da mudança estrutural (erro 3d) comparando sempre o grupo controle com os dois grupos experimentais. Os dados quantitativos obtidosforam submetidos a testes de Tukey e test t.. O programa estatístico utilizado foi o GraphPad Prism 5.01, considerando um nível de significância de 5%. Observamos semelhança entre todos os grupos no desajuste vertical por visão direta e semelhança entre todos os grupos experimentais na análise marginal com a técnica da réplica. Na análise dimensional 3D também foi observado semelhança entre os grupos, entretanto com pontos de desajustes clínicos. Na análise interna observamos diferenças dos grupos experimentais com o controle em algumas variáveis, o grupo Formlabs foi o mais diferente em comparação com o grupo titânio e o grupo KLD foi o mais próximo ao grupo titânio.
