Resumo: | The interview’s theme is the work of the landscape architect Roberto Burle Marx, especially his contribution to the State of São Paulo, as the artist created the design and performed the landscaping works. By interviewing landscape architect Haruyoshi Ono (partner and collaborator at the office of Burle Marx in Rio de Janeiro), he told us about his experience working with Burle Marx for over four decades, the paper investigates the methodological possibilities of designing their landscape projects, focused on environmental issues, specifically in botany and in the working relationship between Burle Marx and architects involved in the projects. |
