Resumo: The article is a sequencial work of the hierarchical decision system, presented in the article published in this review, Vol. 13. number 3, The important aspect of the maximization of the decision process is the emphasis on the activities of the personnel function. We present a group of the generalizations that show the line of thinking by to be followed the manager in his real context. We can not forget the efect existing between all these activities, since they are interrelated, and when we give emphasis on certain activities, it immediately reflects in another one closely related.
