Resumo: This article recovers the foundations of the “Brazilian bureaucratic state”, as formulated by Raymundo Faoro, and the historical favoritism towards aristocracies in Brazil, including the broad provision of governmental information to the financial sector. After a literature review on the topic, four professionals involved in investors relations, chosen according to the type of relationship to support the partial conclusions, were interviewed, and a video was displayed to investors in Savings Account to determine content analysis.

Após contextualização, por meio de revisão de literatura, a metodologia contempla quatro entrevistas com profissionais envolvidos em relações com investidores, escolhidos pelo tipo de relacionamento para confirmar as conclusões parciais, e a exibição de vídeo a investidores em Caderneta de Poupança para apurar a interpretação do conteúdo.Este artículo rescata la formación del “estamento burocrático brasileño”, de Raymundo Faoro, y lo histórico beneficio hacia las aristocracias en Brasil, incluso la amplia e accesible disponibilidad de informaciones gubernamentales para el sector financiero. Después de la contextualización, a partir de una revisión de la literatura, la metodología incluye cuatro entrevistas con profesionales involucrados en relaciones con inversionistas, elegidos por el tipo de relación para confirmar las conclusiones parciales, y una visualización de vídeo a los inversores en la Libreta de Ahorros para determinar la interpretación del contenido.Universidade de São Paulo.
