As representações pictóricas foram elaboradas a partir da exibição de três episódios da Primeira Temporada do desenho animado educativo “O Show da Luna”, série televisiva produzida por Célia Catunda e Kiko Mistrorigo. A animação conta as aventuras de uma menina de seis anos de idade que é apaixonada por Ciências. O público alvo são crianças, o desenho animado gira em torno da personagem-protagonista Luna, uma menina curiosa, que constantemente está em busca de respostas para a pergunta: O que está acontecendo aqui? Em cada episódio da série é abordada uma curiosidade envolvendo o conhecimento científico. Nesta seara, o objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar os significados que os estudantes do 2º ano do Primeiro Ciclo do Ensino Fundamental atribuíram ao referido desenho animado. Os episódios selecionados para a pesquisa foram: “Sol vai, noite vem!”, “Como a água vira chuva?” e “Quatro Luas para Luna”. Os dados foram constituídos por meio de anotações em diário de campo, representações pictóricas sobre os episódios selecionados, realizadas pelos estudantes a partir da sequência didática “Ciência divertida: aprendendo Ciências com o Show da Luna”, produto deste trabalho de pesquisa, na qual estão contidas todas as atividades desenvolvidas com os estudantes. Para a constituição dos dados, também foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturas com seis estudantes e com a professora da turma no intuito de obter informações sobre o desenho animado, suas percepções e sensações. O método utilizado na análise foram as categorias de Peirce (1839 – 1914), primeiridade/ícone, secundidade/índice e terceiridade/símbolo, tendo como referência o objeto representado, os três episódios do desenho animado já citados anteriormente. Nota-se, que todas as representações pictóricas analisadas remetiam as imagens presentes nos episódios do desenho animado, utilizados na constituição dos dados. Essas representações pictóricas elaboradas pelos estudantes são signos que se relacionam de diferentes formas com o seu objeto, em primeiridade como ícone, em secundidade como índice e em terceiridade como símbolo. A relação tríadica constituída por Peirce (1839-1914) foi o que possibilitou estabelecer a relação entre as representações pictóricas elaboradas pelos estudantes e a presente animação. Neste contexto, perante o exposto, avalia-se que o desenho animado teve influencia no conhecimento científico apresentado pelos estudantes nas aulas de constituição de dados. Ou seja, após a exibição dos episódios, por meio da análise das representações pictóricas, observou-se que os estudantes souberam representar o conteúdo científico presente na animação O “Show da Luna”.This work has as object of study the pictorial representations elaborated by students of the 2nd year of the First Cycle of Elementary Education of a school of the Municipal Network of Education of Ponta Grossa - PR. The pictorial representations were elaborated from the exhibition of three episodes of the First Season of the educational cartoon "The Show of the Moon", television series produced by Célia Catunda and Kiko Mistrorigo. The animation tells the adventures of a six-year-old girl who is passionate about science. The target audience are children, the cartoon revolves around the character-protagonist Luna, a curious girl, who is constantly in search of answers to the question: What is going on here? In each episode of the series is approached a curiosity involving scientific knowledge. In this section, the objective of the research was to analyze the meanings that the students of the 2nd year of the First Cycle of Elementary School attributed to the aforementioned cartoon. The episodes selected for the survey were: "Sun goes, night comes!", "How does water become rain?" And "Four Moons for Moon". The data were composed by means of annotations in field diary, pictorial representations on the selected episodes, carried out by the students from the didactic sequence "Fun science: learning Sciences with the Show of the Moon", product of this research work, in which they are contained all the activities developed with the students. For the constitution of the data, there were also semi-structured interviews with six students and with the class teacher in order to obtain information about the cartoon, its perceptions and sensations. The method used in the analysis was he categories of Peirce (1839-1914), first / icon, second / index and thirdness / symbol, with reference to the represented object, the three episodes of the cartoon already mentioned above. It is noted that all the pictorial representations analyzed refer to the images present in the episodes of the cartoon, used in the constitution of the data. These pictorial representations elaborated by students are signs that relate in different ways to their object, first as an icon, second as index and third as symbol. The triadric relation made up of Peirce (1839-1914) was what allowed to establish the relation between the pictorial representations elaborated by the students and the present animation. In this context, in light of the above, it is evaluated that the cartoon had influence on the scientific knowledge presented by the students in the classes of constitution of data.
