The inclusion of students with disabilities: and the teaching of natural sciences: an analysis of the understanding of teachers in the area of collaborative work and its pedagogical action

Resumo: This article presentes the analysis of the expressions of chemistry, physics and biology teachers who work in classes studentes with disabilities in schools in the northeast of the state of Pará. For the research, we opted for qualitative research, in which questionnaires and interviews with open questions were used for the constitution of the data. For the analysis, Discursive Textual Analysis was used, which provided the constituition of three categories of analysis, described ina metatext. In these categories, results can be observed that indicate training issues and access to resources as obstacles to inclusive education. This difficulty makes teachers use the professionals of specialized educational care of the school, which enables situations of collaborative work and the eaboration of activities and adapted resources. However, problems in collaborative work such as communication between peers and the understanding of their roles are also evidenced. Finally, we defend the need to promote training actions of teachers for inclusive work, from the perspective of collaborative work, mainly among teachers in the área of Nature Sciences and Specialized Educational Care for the realization of inclusive education.

Para a investigação optou-se pela pesquisa qualitativa, na qual foram utilizados questionários e entrevistas com perguntas abertas para a constituição dos dados. Para a análise recorreu-se a Análise Textual Discursiva que proporcionou a constituição de três categorias de análise, descritas em um metatexto. Nestas categorias, pode-se observar resultados que indicam questões de formação e acesso a recursos como empecilhos para o ensino inclusivo. Essa dificuldade faz com que os professores recorram aos profissionais do Atendimento Educacional Especializado da escola, o que possibilita situações de trabalho colaborativo e a elaboração de atividades e recursos adaptados. Porém, também é evidenciado problemas no trabalho colaborativo como a comunicação entre os pares e a compreensão de seus papéis.
