Bibliometric analysis in publications related to logistics and urban mobility in the smart city context

Resumo: This study seeks to present how the dimensions of logistics and urban mobility in thecontext of smart city have been addressed. For this, a literature review was carried outthrough a bibliometric analysis in scientific productions in the web of science database,with a quantitative analysis of the data, followed by a content analysis. A total of 572international articles were used in the period between 2007 and 2017. The main resultsindicate a growth in smart city-related publications related to logistics and urban mobilityfrom 2015 onwards with 114 publications, being more evident in 2016 with 212publications. The analysis also revealed that many of the articles identified are stronglyassociated with aspects of urban mobility and sustainability, and little about the essenceof logistics, identifying a scientific gap for the development of future research associatedwith smart city approaches and logistics.

Para isso,procedeu-se a uma revisão da literatura por meio de uma análise bibliométrica emproduções científicas na base de dados web of science, sendo feita uma análisequantitativa dos dados. Em seguida, foi feita uma análise de conteúdo. A partir de umrefinamento dos dados da pesquisa, um total de 572 artigos internacionais foramverificados no período entre 2007 a 2017. Os principais resultados apontam umcrescimento nas publicações com tema de smart city relacionadas a logística e mobilidadeurbana a partir de 2015 com 114 publicações, sendo mais evidente em 2016 com 212publicações. A análise revelou também que muitos dos artigos identificados estãofortemente associados aos aspectos da mobilidade urbana e sustentabilidade, e poucosobre a essência da logística, identificando um gap científico para o desenvolvimento depesquisas futuras associadas com as abordagens de smart city e logística.
