Resumo: This article discusses the problem of authorship in film, focusing attention on thepolitique des auteurs of François Truffaut. They criticise up the excesses of political, but while the author considered to be a primary agent structuring in the constitution of the film. This articleshows that the cinema of mass, focuses on kitsch, seeks an erasure marks of copyright, making the film public opinion to the reality filmed. In the cinema of art created by the assumption is notonly an aesthetic problem, since it depends on an ethical and political attitude.

Criticam-se os excessos da politique, mas sem deixar de considerarse o autor um agente estruturante primordial na constituição do filme. Demonstra-se que ocinema de massa, centrado no kitsch, busca um apagamento das marcas autorais, fazendo o filme parecer ao expectador realidade filmada.
