Resumo: Through this work we want to make some reflexive notes about violence and itsrelationship between the company and school. It is necessary, day after day, rethinking theeducational practices that are built on the tension and the conflict that is generated by thedifferent ways that violence manifests itself among the subjects of education and society.It isrelevant to highlight that the society, which we live, is facing crises in their new socialmorphologies and the new social morphologies reach the school, their subjects and therelationships involved between them, especially the interpersonal relationships between theeducators and the learners. To do so, rethink the school, violence and society in its midst becamean alert to the reconstruction of possible ways for the humanization of the school and thesociety, of which we are all subject authors, opportunities that can attenuate conflicting practices,these opportunities show latent in the daily routine, disclosed at any time, by various media in oursociety.

É necessário, acada dia, repensarmos as práticas educativas, que se constroem sob a tensão e o conflito geradospelas diferentes formas que a violência se manifesta entre os sujeitos da educação e da sociedade.Ë pertinente destacarmos que a sociedade, a qual vivemos, enfrenta crises em suas novasmorfologias sociais e essas, também, atingem a instituição escolar, seus sujeitos e as relaçõesimplicadas entre ambos, principalmente, as relações interpessoais que se referem aos educadores/as e aos educandos/as.
