Resumo: This article aims to reflect about the importance of stablishing relationships based on respect and cooperation within the school environment. It also presents how conflict mediation and restorative approaches contribute to School Culture Transformation. It describes the importance of the development of communicational tools, collective responsibilization for the well-being of everyone and of proactive and reactive actions in the educational settings.
