The saying of others in trainee teachers’ identity construction

Resumo: | Based on the language and education sciences, this article aims to analyze discursive elements that reveal the construction of emerging teaching identities through the written production of undergraduate trainees required to visit schools as part of their curriculum. Our work is anchored in literacy studies as well as on the Bakhtinian approach to discourse. Regarding higher-education teacher training, we decided to work with narratives of trajectories on teaching. It is a participatory, qualitative and interpretative research. In one of the results, we emphasize the fact that the trainees’ written production can bring about questions on teacher training. The contents of their statements make it clear how the saying of others affects the subjects in classroom situations. We tried to add clues and evidence on teacher training processes at the university level. |

Basados en las ciencias del lenguaje y de la educación, objetivamos analizar elementos discursivos que indician la construcción de las identidades docentes emergentes en la producción escrita en el contexto del curso de graduación, en que son requeridas a la escuela como actividad del componente curricular. Nos anclamos en los estudios de la literacia y en el abordaje bakhtiniana del discurso. En cuanto a la capacitación de profesores en la Enseñanza Superior, optamos por trabajos con narrativas de trayectorias sobre a docencia. Se trata de uma investigación participativa, qualitativainterpretativa. Como uno de los resultados, reiteramos la potencia de la producción escrita de los pasantes para movilizar cuestiones sobre la capacitación profesional docente. Las réplicas en sus enunciados tornan visibles como el decir del otro afecta a los sujetos en situaciones de la sala de clase. Buscamos agregar pistas e indicios sobre procesos de capacitación de profesores en el ámbito universitario. À partir des sciences du langage et de l’éducation, nous avons cherché à analyser les éléments discursifs qui révèlent la construction identitaire des enseignants à travers la production écrite d’étudiants de premier cycle dont le programme curriculaire inclut des visites aux écoles. Nous nous sommes appuyés sur les études de l’alphabétisation ainsi que sur la théorie bakhtinienne du discours. Pour ce qui est de la formation des enseignants universitaires, nous avons choisi des récits de trajectoires d’enseignement. Il s’agit d’une recherche qualitative-interprétative, de type participatif. Un de nos résultats réaffirme le rôle essentiel de la production écrite des stagiaires concernant la formation professionnelle des enseignants. Leurs énoncés mettent en évidence que le dire de l’autre affecte les sujets dans les situations de classe. Nous avons voulu apporter des pistes et des indices sur les processus de formation des enseignants au niveau universitaire. Baseadas nas ciências da linguagem e da educação, objetivamos analisar elementos discursivos que indiciam a construção das identidades docentes emergentes na produção escrita no contexto do curso de graduação, em que são requeridas idas à escola como atividade do componente curricular. Nos ancoramos nos estudos do letramento e na abordagem bakhtiniana do discurso. Quanto à formação de professores no ensino superior, optamos por trabalhos com narrativas de trajetórias sobre a docência. Trata-se de uma pesquisa participante, qualitativo-interpretativista. Como um dos resultados, reiteramos a potência da produção escrita dos estagiários para mobilizar questões sobre a formação profissional docente. As réplicas em seus enunciados tornam visíveis como o dizer do outro afeta os sujeitos em situações da sala de aula.
