The female labor exclusion mechanisms in a company restructuring process

Resumo: The present paper examines the exclusion mechanisms observed in a study on the change processes that occurred in two different companies: the first, a manufacturing plant located in the interior of the state of São Paulo with a branch in Recife and linked to an Anglo-Dutch group. In this article , the emphasis falls on the ways of exclusion of female labor observed in the production sector of the manufacturing plant during the selection process, on the occasion of pregnancy or sick leaves, and at resuming work, when female workers are classified as allocated.

En este artículo se hace hincapié en las formas de exclusión del trabajo femenino que se practican en el área productiva de dicha fábrica: en el proceso de selección, en las ocasiones de baja y reincorporación al trabajo, por motivos de embarazo o enfermedad, cuando el Los trabajadores se colocan en la categoría de asignados.O presente trabalho aborda os mecanismos de exclusão constatados no estudo dos processos de mudança ocorridos em uma fábrica localizada no interior do estado de São Paulo, com filial em Recife, ligada a um grupo anglo-holandês.
