Resumo: This final graduation work presents a propose for a gastronomic market in the center of Santo Amaro da Imperatriz, where today is located the abandoned Clube 15 de Janeiro. This current work seeks the democratization of space, creating an economic, tourist and cultural nucleus. It also seeks to value and preserve the landscape and history of the city and offer a pleasant place to people, in which they can recognize themselves and feel prestigious. In order to reach such results, the theme was contextualized as well as architectural references and diagnostic maps were analyzed.

O presente trabalho busca a democratização do espaço, criando um núcleo econômico, turístico e cultural. Busca também valorizar e preservar a paisagem e a história da cidade e oferecer um local prazeroso as pessoas, no qual elas se reconheçam e se sintam prestigiadas.
