This work is accomplished with the intention of analyzing the consequences of the electronic tramitação of the lawsuits, mainly in the “Justiça Federal da 4ª Região”, tends in view her experience in that area, because it is the institution that there is more time is working with electronic processes. Making use of the dialectics, he/she intends to do a been hit in the evolution of the civil process. Firstly the evolution of the civil process is referred, going by the process Roman, barbaric, and finally, the evolution of the process in Brazil, from the Brazil colony to the days today, in that the electronic process is a reality. After, it is exposed the implications and consequences caused by that procedure method and what can be made to improve the acting of the Judiciary Power and the effectiveness of their decisions, pointing some alternative methods that can be considered for the resolution of juridical conflicts, because, in the measure that the people channel their problems, almost that in the totality, for the Power Judiciary, more inefficient and slow he is. Therefore it is done necessary the spread of other alternatives for resolution of conflicts, in order to preserve the effi-ciency and velocity of the judiciary.
