Problemas psicológicos no serviço público brasileiro: causas, consequências e possíveis soluções

This scientific work happened during the year 2018, when it started in march and it finished in august. It worries about public worker considering that the subject is his mental health and it tries to discover information in a national autarchy. In the sequence of activities, considered situations are: similar works trying to discover informations about history of work and concern about mental health, clarification about some concepts like public service, public agent, mental health, work, moral harassment, burnout syndrome, Quality of Life in the Workplace, because these words are important during theoric research and during the analyse of the results; later is required to study the worker´s psychic suffering in his workplace, including public repartition and later the workplace is particularized with its history, purpose, internal distributions based on actual internal regiment. After elaboration of the scientific questionnaire there is need to ask for the public agents in all the sectors of the autarchy to answer about the questions, citing the problems, writing how they try to solve the described difficulties valuing the worker´s subjectivity without debate about quantity, in other words, this is a Qualitative Research. The information gathering happened in 16th and 17th of July from the year 2018. Suggestions on how to act to face the presented difficulties are considered trying to prove that Quality of Life in the Workplace need to search participatory management, at all times talking to workers. Additional informations about legislations are commented objectifying to inform, how to prevent, how to care the worker who is not in na ideal mental health.
