Resumo: | This research aims to understand what is the minimum knowledge in the standardized language of aeronautical communication that the pilot must acquire in order to keep aviation always safe. Regarding the methodology, a descriptive research with a qualitative approach was adopted. The main authors used in this research are: Bocorny (2011), Paulo Roberto dos Santos (2014), James Reason (1997), among others; and documents prepared by bodies such as ICAO, ANAC, Ministry of Defense and Aeronautics Command. From the analysis of the data, it was found that the intermediate level in the standard English test (SET) is the minimum for non-native candidates, who perform SDEA, reach the operational level, that is, level 4 ICAO. In this research, a method was also developed to help candidates to the SDEA test to reach at least operational level 4 and thus make Aviation safer. |
