This monographic work aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of socioeducational measures with adolescents in conflict with the law in the district of Tubarão / SC between 2017 and 2018. For the structuring of this research, it was used the approach method qualitative, because a deductive analysis will be made as to the time of compliance with the socio-educational measures and the recurrence or not of the adolescent offender. As for the procedure used for data collection, bibliographic research was used because it seeks to identify the factors of the research problem in scientific articles, doctrinal understanding about juvenile delinquency and the time limit of socio-educational measures in the district of Tubarão. Next, an analysis will be made, documentary method, because it will be made an analysis of the legislation, as well as position of the jurisprudence of on this subject. Regarding the level, the research method to be used is exploratory evidence because it allowed to detect the variables in the research problem and thus making them more familiar with the theme. And regarding data collection will be provided by the public administration. In order that the subject may be better understood, socio-educational measures may be understood as a reflection of the doctrine of integral protection for adolescents in conflict with the law. It is a legal measure adopted and applied to adolescents in conflict with the law, between 12 and 18 years old. Keywords: Child and Adolescent Statute. Educational measures. Teenager
