Resumo: | This paper aims to apply the nine stages of canvas modeling (key partners, activities, resources, value proposition, customer relationship, market segment, channels, income sources and cost structure) to a new venture - Ideal Fitness dress. Theoretically, the following topics were addressed: administration, entrepreneurship, business plan and Canvas Business Modeling. Methodologically, it consisted of an applied, qualitative and descriptive research, using bibliographic, documentary and interviews with companies in the fitness sector of Santa Catarina. Its mission, vision and values were developed for the business. Therefore, the new venture's mission is “to meet customer expectations and needs regarding fitness apparel”. Ideal Veste Fitness's vision is “to be the best apparel supplier in the fitness segment in the Greater Florianópolis region by 2025”. As values, it was defined: “to have commitment with the consumer, trying to transform it into frequent customers; ethics in offering the ideal product or, best suited to customer needs and quality in offering products with origin, quality and warranty ”. The tools for the strategic diagnosis of the business were also applied. In the detailed SWOT analysis, the opportunities were presented, with the growth of the fitness market and the search for more comfortable clothes as the main ones. In the threats, competition and the financial crisis, which impact on prices, inflation and delinquency, were identified. We have strong product quality and diversification, weaknesses have limited production capacity and low process automation in relation to the internal and external environment. Also, a SWOT Crusade analysis was developed, which proposes to crosscheck the information acquired in the SWOT Matrix. The main result of SWOT Crusade has been the growth of the fitness market as people are increasingly looking for a healthier life. And as a last tool, we used Porter's 5 Competitive Forces, which identified a medium possibility for entering the fitness fashion sector in Santa Catarina. Finally, the Canvas Business Modeling structure was presented, having as its main result the definition of Ideal Veste Fitness's value proposition, offering its own design, according to quality, price, customized parts and offering well-being for its customers. customers. Fitness fashion.Este trabalho tem como objetivo aplicar as nove etapas da Modelagem de Canvas (parceiros chave, atividades, recursos, proposta de valor, relacionamento com o cliente, segmento de mercado, Canais, fontes de renda e estrutura de custos) para um novo empreendimento - Ideal Veste Fitness. Teoricamente, foram abordados os seguintes temas: administração, empreendedorismo, plano de negócio e Modelagem de Negócios de Canvas. Metodologicamente, constituiu-se de uma pesquisa aplicada, qualitativa e descritiva, com utilização de pesquisas bibliográfica, documental e aplicação de entrevistas com empresas do setor da moda fitness de Santa Catarina. Foram desenvolvidos para o negócio sua missão, visão e valores. Assim sendo, o novo empreendimento tem como missão “atender às expectativas e necessidades dos clientes em relação ao vestuário fitness”. A visão da Ideal Veste Fitness é “ser o melhor fornecedor do vestuário no segmento fitness na região da Grande Florianópolis, até 2025”. Como valores, definiu-se: “ter comprometimento com o consumidor, buscando transformá-lo em clientes assíduo; ética em oferecer o produto ideal ou, mais adequado às necessidades do cliente e qualidade em oferecer produtos com origem, qualidade e garantia”. Foram aplicadas, ainda, as ferramentas para o diagnóstico estratégico do negócio. Na análise SWOT detalhada, foram apresentadas as oportunidades, tendo como principais o crescimento do mercado fitness e a procura por roupas mais confortáveis, já nas ameaças foi identificado a concorrência e a crise econômica, que impacta nos preços, inflações e inadimplência, para os pontos fortes temos a qualidade dos produtos e a diversificação, os pontos fracos tem-se a capacidade produtiva limitada e baixa automatização de processos, em relação ao ambiente interno e externo. Também, foi desenvolvido uma análise de SWOT Cruzada, que se propõe cruzar as informações adquiridas na Matriz SWOT. O principal resultado da SWOT Cruzada foi o crescimento do mercado fitness, visto que as pessoas estão buscando cada vez mais uma vida saudável. E como última ferramenta, foi utilizado as 5 Forças Competitivas de Porter, onde foi identificado uma possibilidade média para entrada no setor da moda fitness em Santa Catarina. E, por fim, foi apresentada a estrutura de Modelagem de Negócio de Canvas, tendo como principal resultado da definição da proposta de valor da Ideal Veste Fitness, oferecendo design próprio, conforme, qualidade, preço, peças customizadas e oferecendo bem-estar para seus clientes.
