Currently the face of globalization, companies are increasingly seeking better ways to leverage their business, making their most competitive and market-compatible results. Within this continuous search for improvement is the need of the modeling of business processes because it is through analyzes carried out on these models, it becomes possible to observe opportunities for process improvements. The Business Process Management is a term that aims to unify technology with business management seeking continuous improvement of processes, through the analysis, automation and monitoring processes, modeled in different existing tools on the market. As a case study for the preparation of this work was approached a company that operates throughout the country in the business of providing services. We sought to extend the knowledge of some of their operational / administrative processes in order to develop the modeling, which will serve as the basis for all they have knowledge about the performance of certain tasks. This requires obtaining information processes, as well as the participants set and meet business rules. The model was developed using Bizagi Studio tool, which has a simple interface and excellent documentation at the end of the process. The process automation seeks to implement improvements, modeling and developing ways that may illustrate the execution of certain processes in an automated manner, it is possible to obtain more control of the process and the people who are part of it, thereby eliminating inefficiencies and optimizing costs thereto. For automation of firing people, and services, the Bonita Open Solution tool, which through a simple interface, allows mounting modeling, business rules and forms that are displayed on execution of the process was used, which occurs in the browser. Upon completion of the automation, the same was presented and validated by the coordinators of each area. The study was aimed at supporting the organization, determining process flows in order that all may have known about them, beyond the automation that can be integrated into the current context of the organization.
