This work aims to apply modeling and automation of business processes within an organization, using the model of Business Process Management (BPM) as a strategic solution. Currently one of the biggest challenges a company is having its well-defined processes and integrated. The BPM is growing every day, becoming as innovation for businesses that adopt this strategy and a solution to many others that needs to improve the processes management. The adoption of BPMS tools promotes a guided and after managed use of business process in a organization. The business process used as a basis for the proposed practice is the process of hiring and selection of candidates for jobs in a company's information technology. Initially this process was performed manually and had no specific delegation of actors. Based on the concepts of BPM, BPMN 2.0 notation for modeling and tool Bonita Studio is available for reading and automation (visualization and interaction with the process flow at runtime) of the entire process. The Bonita Open Solution tool allows process execution to create a web application from the modeling. What enables the automation of forms and from a management tasks environment, this allows the control of entire process. After performing the automation, the process was validated by the engineers and employees of Human Resources who approved the application of BPM to the process of recruitment and selection. The main contribution of this work is the modeling and applicability of the proposed process, because from these optimizations can be performed and hereafter integrated with enterprise systems.
