Thematic bars have increasing visibility, it is a fact that companies in this area currently seek to promote their leisure and gastronomy services on the Internet because of the wide and agile reach of customers, but still to favor themselves need to differentiate from the great competition of this industry. Therefore, it is essential to choose a business plan prior to its establishment. Because it is a leaner business model, it becomes adaptable to new ventures, so, among many models, canvas business modeling was adopted, as it facilitates the visualization of the new company as a whole, besides the practicality of adjustments and easy understanding. This choice of canvas business modeling aims to be applied in the city of Palhoça, Santa Catarina.
