Resumo: This undergraduate thesis was aimed at the general objective of analyzing the possibility of cumulating the additional unhealthiness payment at the same time as the dangerous work additional based on the doctrine, and jurisprudence of the last two years. With the intention of achieving the objective, this research used the deductive approach method. During the research, the doctrinal divergence in relation to the jurisprudence was identified, and the pacified in our jurisprudence is the impossibility of cumulating the additional ones. Based on the studies carried out in the year 2020, however it was thought that additional cumulation is possible according to indoctrinators, which would guarantee the worker the cumulation when exposed to an unhealthy and dangerous environment.

Com a pretensão de alcançar o objetivo proposto, esta pesquisa utilizou-se do método de abordagem dedutivo. Ao decorrer da pesquisa, identificou-se a divergência doutrinária em relação a jurisprudência, sendo que o pacificado em nossa jurisprudência é quanto a impossibilidade da cumulação dos adicionais.
