This research has the general objective to propose a new approach to teaching in biennial and annual education for airmen on airlines with the implementation of distance learning, making education more pleasurable, productive and dynamic, increasing the practical application of the materials studied. These benefits will culminate in flight safety increase and, in the background, saving expenses, finally delivering on price tickets, and offering service improvements. The research is characterized as exploratory, with bibliographic and documentary procedure with a qualitative approach, and the criteria used for the research was documents and materials with real data and relevant to the current situation and the desired. At the end of the research it was concluded that it is a highly viable proposal and beneficial to all affected spheres, but to be an original work, due to the high demands of the aviation industry, a careful work together to airlines and regulators should be made for this distance learning being approved and recognized by the authorities.
