THE APPROACH OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INVOLVING EMERGING ISSUES IN THE SCENARIO DISTANCE EDUCATION AND CONTINUOUS FORMATION

Resumo: | Education as a pillar of society needs to be constantly renewed, based on scientific research. Academic research must foster scientific evolution and return to society its researched research in publications. In this sense, this study, as part of a masters' research, sought to identify how stricto sensu level publications on distance education (DE) and continuous training in the virtual environment, aiming at teacher training. The methodology used was the systematic review with the objective of recognizing in the primary studies the tendency in the context of teacher training in the virtual environment. For this purpose, the titles and abstracts of the articles published in the journal of the Brazilian Association for Distance Education were also read, as well as a research in the Brazilian Digital Base of Theses and Dissertations with the themes related to the DE. From the analysis of these documents, it was possible to verify the convergence of continuing training courses for the technology theme in all selected material. However, in the articles, academic research is not portrayed as the origin of studies stricto sensu. |

La investigación académica debe propiciar la evolución científica y devolver a la sociedad su investigación materializada en publicaciones. En este sentido, este estudio, como parte de una investigación de maestría, buscó identificar cómo ocurren las publicaciones a nivel stricto sensu sobre el área de Educación a Distancia (EaD) y formación continuada, en el ambiente virtual, teniendo como finalidad la capacitación de los docentes. La metodología utilizada fue la revisión sistemática con el objetivo de reconocer en los estudios primarios la tendencia en el contexto de la capacitación docente en el ambiente virtual. Para ello se realizó la lectura de los títulos y resúmenes de los artículos publicados en la revista de la Asociación Brasileña de Educación a Distancia y también una investigación en la Base Digital Brasileña de Tesis y Disertaciones con los temas referentes a la EaD. Del análisis de estos documentos, fue posible constatar la convergencia de cursos de formación continuada para el tema tecnología en todo material seleccionado. Sin embargo, en los artículos, no es retratada la investigación académica como origen de estudios stricto sensu.A educação como pilar da sociedade, necessita renovar-se constantemente, tendo como base a pesquisa científica. A investigação acadêmica deve propiciar a evolução científica e devolver à sociedade sua investigação materializada em publicações. Nesse sentido, este estudo, como parte de uma pesquisa de mestrado, buscou identificar como ocorrem as publicações em nível stricto sensu sobre a área de Educação a Distância (EaD) e formação continuada, no ambiente virtual, tendo como finalidade a capacitação dos docentes. A metodologia utilizada foi a revisão sistemática com o objetivo de reconhecer nos estudos primários a tendência no contexto da capacitação docente no ambiente virtual. Para tal foi realizada a leitura dos títulos e resumos dos artigos publicados na revista da Associação Brasileira de Educação a Distância e também uma pesquisa na Base Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações com os temas referentes à EaD. Da análise desses documentos, foi possível constatar a convergência de cursos de formação continuada para o tema tecnologia em todo material selecionado.
