Resumo: | The teaching practice developed in the integrated clinics at the University of Joinville (UNIVILLE), SC, Brazil, has demonstrated a broader vision towards the concept of health promotion. By joining practice to the theory of the different disciplines in a single clinical activity, it promotes a more humanist learning approach, allowing the personal development of students and teachers. The selection of patients, carried out by the students themselves, based on a list of increasing complexities, exercises diagnosis and the planning of care needs. The evaluation process emphasizes a qualitative approach, while abbandoning the concept of “minimal production” in the production of tasks as an ultimate goal, establishing the human being and its completeness as a reference. |

Unindo teoria e prática das disciplinas em uma única atividade clínica, promove um aprendizado mais humanista, com possibilidades de crescimento para alunos e professores. A triagem realizada pelos próprios alunos, embasados em uma lista crescente de complexidades, exercita o diagnóstico e o planejamento das demandas para o atendimento.
