Resumo: The purpose of technological development is to make everything that surrounds us easier. However, in the digital era, the computer is fully associated with what can be considered one of the largest sources of information and an easy way to access learning. The worldwide network of computers makes it possible to hold forums of discussions that enable the interaction and exchange of information between students and college graduate professionals, whether dentists, specialists, masters and/or doctors. These forums promote a great exchange of information and discussion, and enable greater access to several different regions of Brazil and of the world. Therefore, the forum of discussions may be seen as a great tool of easy access, to obtain an important instructional distance-tapped source of opinion and updating of information.

No entanto, na era digital, o computador está inteiramente ligado no que se concerne numa das maiores fontes de informações, no qual resulta na facilidade ao acesso de aprendizado. Viabiliza-se na rede mundial de computadores um fórum de discussões, visando à interação e troca de informações entre alunos e profissionais formados, sendo eles clínicos, especialistas, mestres e /ou doutores. Através disto se consegue uma grande quantidade de informações e discussões, onde resultou num crescente número de acessos das mais diversas regiões do Brasil e do mundo.
