It introduces a new element as analytical tool: the presence of Justice on the public agenda, and specifically deals with pieces of communication extracts of the Federal Supreme Court. By behaving as a political actor the Judiciary positions itself before the Executive and the Legislative in using communication. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that the Judiciary still uses such communcation public short messages to give vent to its internal disputes. This means that, what was previously restricted to the backstage and procedural processes, gains a mediatic and public dimension.
