The work aims to present a historical narrative about the implementation of the KnowledgeProgram at the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras (AMAN). The high turnover - turnover - ofthe military members of AMAN requires that Knowledge Management of Intellectual Capital bemade available, capturing and recording, in stable structures of meaning, the initiatives andcontributions of these military personnel in the performance of their duties. The narrative isrecorded by the managers of the Program and Structuring Projects. The institutionaldocumentation that references and supports the narrative is recorded throughout the text. Themilitary personnel who participated in the external events, as well as those who took shortcourses, Lato and Stricto Sensu Postgraduate courses sponsored by the Program, in the variousareas of interest of AMAN represent the capacity that the Program delivered to the Institution untilthe time. The registration of this narrative allows AMAN to expand the historical collection of itsachievements, both internally, with the upper echelons, and before the academic community.Keywords: Military Higher Education.
