Resumo: Objective of the case: help students to evaluate the difficulties of the entrepreneurial process, observing the particularities that involve the conception of the business and its validation, the distance between the concept of the business and its effective operationalization and monetization. Methodology / approach: teaching case in Management, based on a real enterprise, started in a business incubator. Methodology / approach: teaching case in Management, based on a real enterprise, started in a business incubator. Main results: the case favors reflections about the methodologies adopted in the business model validation process, as well as the construction of your MVP. Theoretical / methodological contributions: develop in the student the ability to evaluate the business model validation process, from the interviews to the MVP. Relevance / originality: encourage critical discussion about building a startup's MVP. The case also provides a debate on the gap between the conception of the business model and its operationalization, including with regard to the financial sustainability of the proposed model. Social / management contributions: helping students to face the difficulties of the business model validation process when building an MVP, as well as developing a financial support model for a social impact enterprise. Metodología/enfoque: caso de enseñanza en Management, basado en una empresa real, que se inició en una incubadora de empresas. Principales resultados: el caso favorece reflexiones sobre las metodologías adoptadas en el proceso de validación del modelo de negocio, así como la construcción de su Producto Mínimo Viable o Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Relevancia/originalidad: fomento de la discusión crítica sobre la construcción del MVP de una startup, y el abismo entre la concepción del modelo de negocio y su operacionalización, incluso en lo que se refiere a la sostenibilidad financiera del modelo propuesto. Aportes teórico/metodológicos: desarrollar en el alumno la capacidad de evaluar el proceso de validación del modelo de negocio adoptado, desde las entrevistas hasta el MVP. Contribuciones sociales/de gestión: orientar a los estudiantes hacia las dificultades enfrentadas desde el proceso de validación del modelo de negocio hasta la construcción de un MVP, así como desarrollar un modelo de apoyo financiero para una empresa de impacto social. Clasificación JEL: M10, M13, M19, M31  Objetivo do caso: ajudar estudantes a avaliar as dificuldades do processo empreendedor, observando as particularidades que envolvem a concepção do negócio e sua validação, a distância entre o conceito do negócio e sua efetiva operacionalização e monetização. Metodologia/abordagem: caso de ensino em Administração, baseado em um empreendimento real, iniciado em uma incubadora de negócios. Principais resultados: o caso favorece reflexões acerca das metodologias adotadas no processo de validação do modelo de negócio, bem como a construção do seu MVP. Contribuições teóricas/metodológicas: desenvolver no aluno a capacidade de avaliar o processo adotado de validação do modelo de negócio, desde as entrevistas até o MVP. Relevância/originalidade: estimular a discussão crítica acerca da construção do MVP de uma startup. O caso, também, proporciona um debate sobre o abismo existente entre a concepção do modelo de negócio e sua operacionalização, inclusive no que tange à sustentabilidade financeira do modelo proposto. Contribuições sociais / para a gestão: ajudar estudantes a enfrentar as dificuldades do processo de validação do modelo de negócio à construção de um MVP, bem como desenvolver um modelo de sustentação financeira de um empreendimento de impacto social.
