THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TEST-TYPE EVALUATION MODEL IN A VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT: LAVIE CASE

Resumo: | This article seeks to show the development and construction of a model for a test-type evaluation system in a virtual environment, referenced in two theories (Piaget and Robert’s Constructivist Theory (1998), with the purpose of supporting the face-to-face teaching of multivariate statistical tools for the graduate students at the Business Administration Course ofFEARP/USP. This work is part of the virtual project named Applied Statistics Virtual Laboratory (LaViE), which is a virtual environment for teaching-learning statistics, applied and developed to support the face-toface teaching of this subject. The methodology used was divided into twosteps: 1) the development of the protocol for LaViE’s evaluation system and; 2) the implementation of the evaluation system with the developmentof questions related to the multivariate statistics modules, with different complexity levels. As a result of this model, there was the development of online test questions, with three different adaptation levels for each model presented in the subject: basic (I), intermediate (II) and advanced (III). The importance of using test-type online evaluations could then be observed as a support to face-to-face learning, in the form of selfevaluation on the presented subject. |

The importance of using test-type online evaluations could then be observed as a support to face-to-face learning, in the form of selfevaluation on the presented subject.Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar o desenvolvimento e a elaboração de um modelo para sistema de avaliação tipo “teste” em um ambiente virtual, referenciado em duas teorias (teoria construtivista de Piaget e de Robert (1998), com o propósito de apoiar o ensino presencialdo estudo de ferramentas estatísticas multivariadas para os alunos de graduação em Administração da FEARP/USP. Este trabalho faz parte do projeto virtual denominado Laboratório Virtual de Estatística Aplicada (LaViE), que é um ambiente virtual de ensino-aprendizagem de estatística aplicado e desenvolvido para o apoio ao ensino presencial desta área. Ametodologia utilizada foi dividida em duas etapas, sendo a primeira o desenvolvimento do protocolo para o sistema de avaliação do LaViE, e a segunda a implantação do sistema de avaliação com o desenvolvimento das questões referentes aos módulos da estatística multivariada com grau de complexidade diferente. Como resultado do modelo, teve-se a criaçãode questões testes online com três níveis diferentes de “adaptação” para cada módulo apresentado na disciplina: básico (I), intermediário (II) e avançado (III).
