PRODUCTION OF SUBJECTIVITY IN ADMINISTRATION COURSES

Resumo: This paper introduces issues connected with the production of subjectivity in administration courses and proposes to conceive some aspects of the predominant logic relating to this production at the present. Moreover, this investigation focuses on administration courses due to the increased demand for a qualified workforce that meets the continuously shifting requirements. According to Deleuze (1992), to do so and remain in the system, many workers who study in technical schools and undergraduate business executives seek out this education. Which modes of subjectification are being produced in these courses based on current requirements? It is necessary to identify the problems with what is being (re)produced, based on this logic, as well as that being produced in the opposite direction, that which escapes and creates other modes of existence. Thinking about this production regarding the courses in this field implies considering the actual education of managers. Based on the discussion arising from the modulations of current capitalism, it is possible to initiate some analyses on the production of subjectivity in these courses and make some notes on the investigative paths to be explored.

Enfoca os cursos de administração, dada a sua proliferação em torno da demanda por uma mão-de-obra qualificada para atender a exigências sempre cambiantes. Para atender a tais exigências e manterem-se incluídos no sistema, muitos operários-alunos e executivo-universitários de que nos falou Deleuze (1992), buscam essa formação. Que modos de subjetivação estariam sendo produzidos nos cursos de administração a partir das exigências colocadas atualmente? É necessário problematizar o que está sendo (re) produzido, a partir dessa lógica, mas também o que está sendo produzido em outra direção, aquilo que escapa e cria outros modos de existência. Pensar essa produção nos cursos da área implica pensar a própria formação dos administradores.
