The  fusion in the mwangolé style: The decolonial perspective of Angolan rock

Resumo: The article describes the creation of a rock culture in Angola, having as main north that the less access to the production, circulation and consumption of rock culture is one of the fundamental principles of creativity in the musical production of Angolan rockers. The ethnography with the musical movement was carried out with empirical data from three field works in Angola in 2014, 2016 and 2017. Cast as the rockers' creativity shows an insurgent and reexistent artistic process not only in relation to the cultural codes of rock , but also to local histories and the ideal of Angolanity.

La etnografía con el movimiento musical se llevó a cabo con datos empíricos de tres trabajos de campo en Angola en 2014, 2016 y 2017. Elenco como la creatividad de los rockeros muestra un proceso artístico insurgente y reexistente no solo en relación con los códigos culturales del rock, pero también a las historias locales y al ideal de angolanidad.O artigo descreve a criação de uma cultura do rock em Angola, tendo como principal norte que o acesso de pouca extensão à produção, circulação e consumo da cultura do rock é um dos princípios fundamentais da criatividade na produção musical dos rockers angolanos. A etnografia com o movimento musical foi realizada com dados empíricos de três trabalhos de campo em Angola em 2014, 2016 e 2017.
