Analysis of the Perception of Physical and Psychological Health of Brazilian Teachers During Remote Classes in Pandemic Covid-19.

Resumo: The year 2020 brought numerous changes and challenges generated around the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study addresses issues of self-perception of Brazilian teachers about their psychological and physical health during work during this period of the Pandemic. After readings and observations, a questionnaire was applied, trying to understand the greatest needs/difficulties/changes faced at the moment. Later, a website was developed as a product, containing videos with numerous themes related to ergonomics, such as: correct positioning in front of the screen and physical stretching exercises. With regard to mental health, among other resources, we developed and presented a video with techniques to avoid procrastination. For the purpose of analyzing the result of the developed product, we asked volunteer educators to assess the relevance of the site, according to data published throughout the text. Keywords: Health. Este estudio aborda cuestiones de autopercepción de los docentes brasileños sobre su salud psicológica y física durante el trabajo durante este período de la Pandemia. Luego de lecturas y observaciones, se aplicó un cuestionario, tratando de entender cuáles son las mayores necesidades / dificultades / cambios que se enfrentan en este momento. Posteriormente, se desarrolló un sitio web como producto que contiene videos con numerosos temas relacionados con la ergonomía, tales como: posicionamiento correcto frente a la pantalla, ejercicios de estiramiento físico. Con respecto a la salud mental, entre otros recursos citamos un video con técnicas para evitar la dilación. Con el fin de analizar el resultado del producto desarrollado, solicitamos a los educadores voluntarios que evaluaran la relevancia del sitio, de acuerdo con los datos publicados a lo largo del texto.O ano de 2020 trouxe inúmeras mudanças e desafios gerados em torno da Pandemia Covid-19. O presente estudo aborda questões de auto-percepção de professores brasileiros acerca de sua saúde psicológica e física durante o trabalho neste período de Pandemia. Após leituras e observações, foi aplicado um questionário, procurando entender quais as maiores necessidades/dificuldades/mudanças enfrentadas no atual momento, posteriormente foi desenvolvido como produto um site contendo vídeos com inúmeras temáticas referente a ergonomia, como: posicionamento correto frente a tela, exercícios físicos de alongamento. No que se refere a saúde mental, dentre outros recursos citamos vídeo com técnicas para evitar procrastinação.  Para fins de análise de resultado do produto desenvolvido solicitamos aos educadores voluntários que avaliassem a relevância do site, conforme dados publicados ao longo do texto.
