Online Training in Inclusive Education: a Thematic Survey of Educational Research

It is of utmost importance to reflect upon the subject of institutional education, in order to take a closer look at the training, practices, life and experiences of the subject teacher. Thus, this article aims to present a study based on the thematic survey of the expanded abstracts and experience reports of the students who completed the Improvement Course in Special and Inclusive Education, promoted by CECIERJ Foundation - Center for Science and Distance Higher Education of the State of Rio de Janeiro, from 2018 to 2021. The research was based on the following question: Which themes/subjects were chosen for the elaboration of the course conclusion work? For this, a qualitative documentary approach was chosen, focused on the theme of online training, from the perspective of the state of art. The analysis highlighted that the representations built by the authors about the concepts that permeate the disciplines of the course in question guided their choices for the construction of the End-of-Course Paper and the results pointed out that the Autistic Spectrum Disorder was the theme most addressed by the participants.
