Resumo: The purpose of this study is to understand and discuss the limitations and potentialities of the blended-learning teacher training courses offered by the Consortium Center for Higher Distance Education of the state of Rio de Janeiro (Cederj). The study looked in the students approach to the field experienceduring the initial traiing as an emancipatory approach for lifelong learning. Thus, it was necessary to comprehensively visualize not only the organizational and dynamic procedures of practice, but also to discuss questions of professionalization that approach or distance these students from realexperiences in schol, their future field of work. A qualitative research study with 20 Consortium Cederj graduates or in the process of course completion helped problematize the formative instructional practices at Consortium Cederj. Permanent formation.  O objetivo deste estudo é compreender e discutir os limites e potencialidades dos cursos de licenciatura semipresenciais oferecidos pelo Consórcio Centro de Educação Superior a Distância do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Cederj) no que diz respeito à aproximação do estudante com seu campo de trabalhodurante a formação inicial, com vistas à emancipação para uma formação permanente de vida. Dessa forma, foi necessário visualizar de forma abrangente não só os trâmites organizacionais e dinâmicos da prática, mas discutir questões da profissionalização, que aproximam ou distanciam esses estudantes de uma real experiência na escola, seu futuro campo de trabalho. A pesquisa, de cunho qualitativo, foi realizada com 20 estudantes do consórcio já formados ou em vias de conclusão do curso; ela nos ajudoua problematiza as práticas formativas de professores que acontecem no âmbito do Cederj.
