The Formation Course of the Pedagogue in the Distance Modality: Reconfigurations in Pandemic Times

Resumo: | This article socializes the data of a diagnostic research carried out with students and teaching staff (teachers and tutors) of the Pedagogy course in the distance modality of the Distance Education Center of the State University of Santa Catarina (CEAD/UDESC), developed through an online survey-type questionnaire that aimed to identify the access to digital network technologies and the internet by students and course teaching staff, to organize and resume teaching activities that had been interrupted due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. In this sense, while managing the Pedagogy course, we are concerned with mapping access to technological infrastructure and identifying the difficulties encountered by them in this process. Therefore, in this text we show out the changes implemented throughout 2020, the referrals for the resumption of teaching activities and the monitoring carried out throughout the year, as well as management considerations about the changes that occurred from the diagnosis accomplished. The results show that the pandemic changed the study routine and other dimensions of people's daily lives; hastened digital inclusion processes; and that the educational agents of the Pedagogy course analyzed suffered from difficulties in accessing the internet, lack of equipment or access with low quality of connection, in addition to demonstrating the need for continuing education by students and teaching staff of the course. Pedagogy.Este artigo socializa os dados de uma pesquisa diagnóstica realizada com estudantes e equipe docente (professores e tutores) do curso de Pedagogia na modalidade a distância do Centro de Educação a Distância da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (CEAD/UDESC), desenvolvida por meio de um questionário online tipo survey que teve a finalidade de identificar o acesso às tecnologias digitais de rede e à internet pelos estudantes e equipe docente do curso, para organizar e retomar as atividades de ensino que haviam sido interrompidas em função da Pandemia de Covid-19. Nesse sentido, enquanto gestão do curso de Pedagogia, buscamos mapear o acesso à infraestrutura tecnológica e levantar as dificuldades encontradas por eles neste processo. Sendo assim, neste texto sinalizamos as mudanças implementadas ao longo do ano de 2020, os encaminhamentos para a retomada das atividades de ensino e o acompanhamento realizado ao longo do ano, bem como as considerações da gestão sobre as mudanças ocorridas a partir do diagnóstico realizado. Os resultados evidenciam que a pandemia alterou a rotina de estudos e de outras dimensões do cotidiano das pessoas; apressou processos de inclusão digital; que os agentes educativos do curso de Pedagogia analisado sofreram com dificuldades de acesso à internet, falta de equipamentos ou com um acesso com baixa qualidade de conexão, além de demonstrar a necessidade de formação continuada pelos estudantes e equipe docente do curso.
