Resumo: This assignment was made with a purpose to apply the tecnique of moral education known as "just community" proposed by Kohlberg's and his colleagues from Harvard University. A Training Program was applyed at CCDIA, a non govermental association located at Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro, in order to encourage the values, attitudes and more constructive information in the connections that prepare students to live peacefully.. The CCDIA was choosed for this assignment due to the work that has been accomplished with endangered chlidren and adolescents residents of Niteroi's suburbs, with the intention to offer education reinforcemnet and the reintragration of those who has abandoned school. Having in mind the dicussion of hypothetical dilemmas for groups theory and a program that had as methodology group dynamics describing each key components, such as: co-operative apprenticeship to structured day-to-day conflict resolutions witnessed at school where the pedadagogical and cultural dimensions were articulated. The conclusion was draw through the program's evaluation, wich is efficient as a support when it comes to decreasing the conflicts inside the institution, wich may reflect on the students attitude inside or outside of it. Is also argued the application of these programs and evaluations for brazilian comunities context in general.

Is also argued the application of these programs and evaluations for brazilian comunities context in general.    Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo aplicar la tecnica de educacion moral llamada "comunidad justa" propuesta por Kohlberg y sus colaboradores de la Universidad de Harvard. Se ha aplicado un Programa de Entrenamiento en CCDIA, ONG sitiada en Niteroi (RJ), en el sentido de encorajar los valores, actitudes y conocimientos mas constructivos en las relaciones que preparen los alumnos a viviren pacificamente. El CCDIA fue escogido debido al trabajo que realiza con niños y adolescentes en situacion de riesgo, sitiados en las cercanias de la ciudad de Niteroi, con la finalidad de ofrecer refuerzo escolar y reinsercion de aquellos que abandonaron la escuela. Partiendo de la tecnica de discusion de dilemas hipoteticos en grupo y de la descripcion de un programa que tuvo por metodologia, dinamicas de grupo, describiendo componenetes llaves como: aprendizado cooperactivo y entrenamiento para resolucion de conflictos observados en el cotodiano escolar contextualizado, donde las dimensiones pedagogicas y culturales fueron articuladas. Se concluyo a traves de evaluacion que el programa es un apoyo eficiente en el sentido de reduccion de conflictos en el interior de la instituicion y que puedan reflexionar en las actitudes de los alumnos dentro y fuera de ella. Se discute tambien la aplicacion de eses programas y evaluaciones para el contexto de las comunidades brasileñas.    Este trabalho teve como objetivo aplicar a tecnica de educação moral intitulada "comunidade justa", proposta por Kohlberg e seus colaboradores da Universidade de Harvard. Aplicou-se um Programa de Treinamento no CCDIA, ONG localizada em Niteroi (RJ), no sentido de encorajar os valores, atitudes e conhecimentos mais construtivos nas relacoes que preparem os alunos a viverem pacificamente. O CCDIA foi escolhido devido ao trabalho que realiza com criancas e adolescentes em situação de risco, residentes nas periferias da cidade de Niteroi, com a finalidade de oferecer reforco escolar e reinsercao daqueles que abandonaram a escola. Partindo da tecnica de discussao de dilemas hipoteticos em grupo e da descricao de um programa que teve por metodologia, dinâmicas de grupo, descrevendo componentes chaves como: aprendizado cooperativo e treinamento para resolução de conflitos observados no cotidiano escolar contextualizado, onde as dimensoes pedagogicas e culturais foram articuladas. Concluiu-se atraves de avaliação que o programa e um eficiente apoio no sentindo de redução de conflitos no interior da instituicao e que possam refletir nas atitudes dos alunos dentro e fora dela.
