Formation of the basic education´s teachers in Brazil and expectations of teachers who act in the basic school

Resumo: | The work presents the results of a exploratory research with basic education's teachers, aiming to detect the difficulties faced in day-by-day of its profession, as well as its opinions and expectations with regard to politics of teacher´s formation proposal in the Brazilian National Education´s Low. Twenty eight teachers, who acts in basic education´s schools of Belo Horizonte, had been searched. Half-structuralized, direct, recorded and transcribing interviews had been used, being boarded the difficulties finded and the alternatives that they present to cure them. The teachers also had been questioned about the current teacher´s formation courses and about the continuous formation. The data had been organized in three itens: 1º) Professional performance and formation: the difficulties and alternatives presented for the teachers and the critical ones about the teacher´s formation courses; 2°) Expectations with regard to the teacher´s formation courses: to exced the knowledge technician, synthesis of practical theory and formation based in the research; 3°) Continuous formation and the collective processes of work: an imperious necessity. The depositions had evidenced that it needs lo made a lot of things with regard the teacher´s formation and had clearly left that a way to rethink the teacher´s formation courses is to give voice to the teachers, considering the initial process of formation as the beginning of one walked that does not have end, whichever the education level where goes to act the teacher. |

Habian buscado a 28 profesores que trabajan en escuelas de la educacion basica de Belo Horizonte. Fueran utilizadas entrevistas medio-estructuradas, grabadas y transcritas, siendo subido las dificultades que encuentran y las alternativas que presentan para curar las. Habian preguntado los profesores tambien sobre los cursos actuales de formacion de profesores y sobre la formacion continua. Los datos habian sido organizados en tres secciones: 1°) Actuacion y formacion profesionales: las dificultades y los alternativas presenfadas por los profesores y las criticos a los cursos dei licenciatura; 2°) Expectativas en relacion a los cursos de formacion de profesores: formacion que excede a lo conocimiento tecnico, sintesis teoria y prectica y formacion basada en la investigación; 3°) formacion continuada y los procesos colectivos del trabajo: una necesidad imperiosa. Las de posiciones habian evidenciado que muy todovia necesita ser hecho en relacion a la formacion de profesores y se habian ido claramente que una manera de repensar los cursos de formacion es dar voz a los profesores, tiendo en visto que El proceso inicial de formacion es el principio de uno cominado que no tiene extremo, cualquiera el nivel de la educacion donde va a actuar el profesor.O trabalho apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa exploratoria com professores do ensino medio, visando detectar as dificuldades que enfrentam no dia-a-dia de sua profissao, bem como suas opinioes e expectativas em relação à politica de formação de professores proposta na Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional. Foram pesquisados 28 professores licenciados ou com a licenciatura em curso, que atuam em escolas de educação basica de Belo Horizonte. Foram utilizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas, diretas, gravadas e transcritas, sendo abordadas as dificuldades que encontram em sua atuação docente, as alternativas que apresentam para sana-las e as melhores formas de se implementar o Projeto Politico Pedagogico das escolas. Os professores foram tambem questionados sobre os atuais cursos de formação de docentes e sobre a necessidade de formatação continuada. Os dados foram organizados em tres itens: 1º) Atuação Profissional e formação: as dificuldades e alternativas apresentadas pelos professores e as criticas aos cursos de licenciatura; 2º) Expectativas em relação aos cursos de formação de professores: formação que ultrapasse o conhecimento tecnico, sintese de teoria e pratica e formação alicercada na pesquisa; 3º) A formação continuada e os processos coletivos de trabalho: uma necessidade imperiosa.
