Educational practices and institutional deficits in the post-pandemic period:: rapport on the experience of coordination of GT2 at the IX Rencontre Humaniste Multidisciplinaire

Resumo: | This text materializes a report about the experience of coordinating the working group (GT) “Education, culture and society: sharing and (re)thinking educational practice and institutional challenges in post-pandemic times”. This activity was part of the IX Multidisciplinary Humanistic Meeting and the VIII Latin American Congress of Multidisciplinary Humanistic Studies, whose theme indicated the “Multidisciplinary Path and the Decolonization of knowledge: culture, education and society”. Given the significant adhesion and participation of students in pedagogical training, fellow teachers and researchers, we emphasize, in these reflections, the importance of promoting spaces for exchanging and socializing experiences as a productive possibility to reinvigorate teaching praxis. We seek, therefore, to construct a text that synthesizes the set of discussions held in an attempt to expose what, at that moment, was of great value for everyone's growth: the sharing of knowledge, doing, trying, around thematic lines glimpsed from the twenty works presented, which brought together twenty-nine authors from specific institutions and realities. In this sense, the GT was carried out with the certainty of new horizons of work due to the recurrence and need to continually rethink education, especially after the profound impacts that the Covid-19 pandemic generated, both with regard to teachers and students regarding educational institutions. We concluded the activity satisfied and hopeful for future possibilities and reunions. |

Esta actividad formó parte del IX Encuentro Humanístico Multidisciplinario y del VIII Congreso Latinoamericano de Estudios Humanísticos Multidisciplinarios, cuyo tema señaló el “Camino Multidisciplinario y la Descolonización del conocimiento: cultura, educación y sociedad”. Dada la significativa adhesión y participación de estudiantes en la formación pedagógica, compañeros docentes e investigadores, destacamos, en estas reflexiones, la importancia de promover espacios de intercambio y socialización de experiencias como posibilidad productiva para revitalizar la praxis docente. Buscamos, por tanto, construir un texto que sintetice el conjunto de discusiones sostenidas en un intento de exponer lo que, en ese momento, era de gran valor para el crecimiento de todos: compartir conocimientos, hacer, intentar, en torno a líneas temáticas vislumbradas desde los veinte trabajos, que reunieron a veintinueve autores de instituciones y realidades específicas. En este sentido, el GT se realizó con la certeza de nuevos horizontes de trabajo debido a la recurrencia y necesidad de repensar continuamente la educación, especialmente luego de los profundos impactos que generó la pandemia del Covid-19, tanto en docentes como en estudiantes en materia educativa. instituciones. Cette activité faisait partie de la IXe Rencontre Humaniste Multidisciplinaire et du VIIIe Congrès Latino-Américain d'Études Humanistes Multidisciplinaires, dont le thème indiquait le « Chemin multidisciplinaire et la décolonisation du savoir : culture, éducation et société ». Compte tenu de l’adhésion et de la participation significatives des étudiants à la formation pédagogique, des collègues enseignants et chercheurs, nous soulignons, dans ces réflexions, l’importance de promouvoir des espaces d’échange et de socialisation d’expériences comme possibilité productive pour revigorer la pratique pédagogique. Nous cherchons donc à construire un texte qui synthétise l'ensemble des discussions menées pour tenter d'exposer ce qui, à ce moment-là, était d'une grande valeur pour la croissance de chacun : le partage de connaissances, faire, essayer, autour de lignes thématiques entrevues dans le vingt ouvrages présentés, qui ont réuni vingt-neuf auteurs issus d'institutions et de réalités spécifiques. En ce sens, le GT a été réalisé avec la certitude de nouveaux horizons de travail en raison de la récurrence et de la nécessité de repenser continuellement l'éducation, surtout après les profonds impacts générés par la pandémie de Covid-19, tant du côté des enseignants que des étudiants en matière éducative. établissements. Esta atividade integrou o IX Encontro Humanístico Multidisciplinar e no VIII Congresso Latino-Americano de Estudos Humanísticos Multidisciplinares, cujo tema indicava o “Percurso Multidisciplinar e a Descolonização dos saberes: cultura, educação e sociedade”. Dada a significativa adesão e participação de discentes em formação pedagógica, colegas professores/as e pesquisadores/as, enfatizamos, nestas reflexões, a importância de promover espaços de troca e de socialização de experiências como uma possibilidade produtiva de/para revigorar a práxis docente. Buscamos, assim, construir um texto que sintetize o conjunto de discussões realizadas na tentativa de expor o que, naquele momento, foi de grande valia para o crescimento de todos: o compartilhamento do saber, do fazer, do tentar, em torno das linhas temáticas vislumbradas a partir dos vinte trabalhos apresentados, os quais reuniram vinte e nove autores de instituições e realidades específicas. Nesse sentido, o GT foi realizado com a certeza de novos horizontes de trabalho devido à recorrência e à necessidade de se repensar a educação continuamente, principalmente após os profundos impactos que a pandemia da Covid-19 gerou, tanto no que diz respeito aos docentes e discentes quanto às instituições de ensino.
