Resumo: The work is devoted to the analysis of the flexibility of working hours within the employment relationship, through the institute of the bank of hours and compensation hours, addressing article 7, XIII, CRFB / 88, and also by article 59, §2º of the CLT, precedent 85 of the TST, conceptualizingby listing the requirements, procedures for setting up and the end elencando certain advantages and disadvantages, the institutes present. This analysis of the discussion, brings the importance of meeting the legal requirements for its applicability and dynamic, and the benefits and disadvantages of its application in the social context.
