The Ideology of New Code of Civil Process Reform: The Reformulation of Private Space and Public Policy of Appropriate Conflict Resolution

Resumo: The study analyzes the Reform of the New Brazilian Civil Process Code regarding the spread of appropriate conflict resolution policies and their effective interference in the private space in order to modify the dispute prevailing culture and private intervention in the public space for the use of skillful policies to make law between the parties and exclude the judicial protection. The initial hypothesis is that the procedural overhaul would have the power to modify the Brazilian culture to properly handle conflicts. The research uses the hypothetical- deductive method of approach based on bibliographical and documentary sources and the typological procedure.

A hipótese inicial é que a reformulação processual teria o condão de modificar a cultura brasileira ao tratar adequadamente os conflitos.
