Resumo: This article aimed to identify possible methods, techniques and means of interpretation that reflect the aspirations of the Socio-environmental State of Law and assist in the solution of current social conflicts. To reach the objective, the method was the inductive, and the data collection carried out through the technique of the bibliographic research of secondary source. In conclusion, it was considerated that the construction of an environmental legal hermeneutics and the Socio-environmental State of Law must be based on an ontological vision of sustainability, encompassing all dimensions, as well as in the formation of a general and specific pre-comprehension of the interpreter.

Para o alcance do objetivo proposto, o método de abordagem foi o indutivo, sendo o levantamento de dados realizado através da técnica da pesquisa bibliográfica de fonte secundária.
