Resumo: It is here to analyze some relevant aspects of the Federal Law n. 13,254 / 2016 which provides for special arrangements for foreign exchange and tax adjustment of resources, assets or rights of lawful origin, undeclared or incorrectly declared remitted held abroad or repatriated by resident residing in the country. It will Find out how is this statement in relation to citizens before their entry into political life, in order to verify its compatibility with the existing constitutional principles and what the consequences for the legal system.
