Resumo: This article presents a study on the rights of young people in the Youth Statute in light of the Principle of Human Dignity . Addresses , as a general objective , the importance of carrying out the rights of young people and the need to implement effective public policies for all youth , especially , of constitutional principle , it presents in the Brazilian context which led to the enactment of the Youth Statute and comments on the concern about the effectiveness of enacted law studies , critically the possibility of modifying the current Brazilian social reality.
