Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brasil.This is a report on eight non-HIV infected leprosy patients presenting unusual co-infection with other, often neglected, tropical diseases, namely: American tegumentary leishmaniasis (ATL), sporotrichosis, and cryptococcosis.
